Testimonial Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains how AskPitch collects, reviews, edits, displays, and removes user testimonials.
Honest experience only
Testimonials must reflect the user’s honest experience with AskPitch. AskPitch does not create fake testimonials, publish fabricated reviews, or ask users to make claims they do not believe are true.
Public display consent
A testimonial can appear publicly only when the user gives explicit public-display permission and confirms that the testimonial reflects their honest experience.
Optional identity details
Users may choose whether AskPitch may display their name, title, company, or profile photo. These identity details should not be shown publicly unless the user gave the relevant permission.
Admin review and limited edits
AskPitch may review testimonials before public display. Admin edits should be limited to spelling, grammar, clarity, or length and should not change the user’s meaning or add claims the user did not make.
Incentives and disclosures
If AskPitch ever offers an incentive or benefit for submitting a testimonial, that connection should be disclosed and should not require a positive review.
Removal or withdrawal
Users may request removal or withdraw public permission. AskPitch may keep the original submission internally for audit, security, and operational history unless deletion is otherwise required.
No guaranteed outcomes
Testimonials reflect individual experiences. They do not guarantee sales, employment, interview, funding, compliance, business, or speaking outcomes for other users.
