Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information AskPitch may collect, how that information is used, and how users can contact us about privacy or account requests.

Information we collect

AskPitch may collect account information, profile settings, practice preferences, scenario choices, saved reports, transcripts, support messages, device/browser information, and usage events needed to operate and improve the product.

Practice content and transcripts

Practice content may include what you type or speak during rehearsals, roleplay responses, feedback reports, scores, and saved drills. This information is used to provide and personalize the AskPitch experience.

How information is used

Information may be used to authenticate users, save progress, personalize coaching, provide support, manage subscriptions, improve features, protect against misuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Automated coaching processing

When automated coaching features are used, relevant practice content and profile context may be sent to third-party technology providers to generate coaching, roleplay responses, compliance wording, scripts, or feedback. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.

Payments

When paid plans are used, payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. AskPitch should not ask users to send full card numbers, passwords, or private payment details through support messages.

Cookies and analytics

AskPitch may use cookies, local storage, and limited analytics or usage events to keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand product usage, and improve reliability. AskPitch also uses the Meta Pixel, a browser-based measurement tool provided by Meta, to understand how visitors interact with selected public pages and actions, measure the effectiveness of AskPitch advertising, and improve campaign performance. The Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar browser technologies and may send limited event information to Meta, such as page visits and completed actions. AskPitch does not intentionally send practice transcripts, voice recordings, private challenge links or tokens, passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive conversation content through the Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel is not required for AskPitch's core practice functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser and manage advertising preferences through controls provided by Meta.

Retention, deletion, and export requests

Users may request account help, deletion/export review, or privacy support by contacting support@askpitch.com. Some data may need to be retained for security, billing, legal, or operational reasons where applicable.
