Getting started
AskPitch is a conversation rehearsal room for important conversations. You choose a situation, practice with Pitch, review feedback, and repeat before the real call, interview, presentation, objection, or pitch.
Pitch is the in-app rehearsal coach. Pitch can coach you, play a prospect, interviewer, client, buyer, investor, or skeptical stakeholder, and help you improve what you plan to say.
Start from Dashboard, Scenarios, or Practice. Pick the type of conversation, tell Pitch what is coming, practice your answer, then review the report and better version before trying again.
Practicing with Pitch
You can practice sales calls, life insurance calls, interviews, business pitches, presentations, objections, client conversations, leadership conversations, and custom high-stakes situations.
Practice is the stable record-and-review path: you answer, get a transcript, feedback, and a better version. Live Roleplay is the conversational mode where Pitch plays the other person and responds in a more natural roleplay flow, with manual fallback available when microphone or realtime behavior is limited.
Yes. AskPitch includes sales, objection, and insurance-sensitive practice paths. The goal is to help you sound clearer, calmer, more permission-based, and more prepared, while avoiding exaggerated claims or pressure-based wording.
Check browser microphone permission, refresh the page, and try Chrome or a supported mobile browser. If microphone access is denied or unavailable, use the manual text fallback so you can still practice and receive feedback.
Feedback, progress, and smart suggestions
Feedback is based on your practice transcript and context. Pitch reviews clarity, confidence, structure, persuasion, tone, pace, objection handling, and safer wording where relevant. Scores are coaching signals, not guarantees of real-world outcomes.
Today’s Smart Suggestion uses your saved profile, recent sessions, reports, weak areas, tier, and scenario history where available. New users get a useful starting point; returning users get a recommendation based on actual practice behavior.
Use Library and Progress. Library keeps saved sessions, reports, scripts, and transcripts where available. Progress turns saved practice history into trends, next steps, and skill recommendations.
Plans, billing, and refunds
Training Packs group related practice paths, such as insurance calls, interviews, cold calls, or business pitches. Some packs may be included in higher plans or marked as premium depending on your access level.
Free is meant to prove the core practice loop. Starter adds more regular practice and saved work. Pro adds deeper coaching and broader training. Elite focuses on high-value sales, insurance, objection, and compliance-sensitive practice paths. VIP is a manual/admin-granted full-access state.
You can manage or cancel an active paid subscription from Billing. Access generally remains through the paid period unless the billing state changes. Subscription management is handled through the secure Stripe Customer Portal where applicable.
For billing questions or refund requests, message support. Refunds are reviewed manually and actual refund handling is completed through Stripe where applicable. Refund approval can depend on charge details, account history, and product usage.
In the normal flow, a canceled subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. After that, access downgrades unless another valid billing state, VIP access, or manual admin override applies.
Compliance, privacy, and support
No. Pitch provides practice and coaching guidance only. It does not provide legal, financial, insurance, or compliance advice, and it does not replace review by a qualified professional or your company’s compliance process.
The Compliance page reviews wording for risky patterns such as pressure, guarantees, unsupported claims, privacy concerns, or insurance-sensitive phrasing. Compliance review is coaching guidance only, not legal, financial, insurance, or compliance advice.
AskPitch is designed around transcript and report storage first. Audio storage should only happen where the product flow clearly says it is being saved and the user has appropriate notice or consent. Voices are synthetic practice voices for rehearsal and coaching.
Admin and support tools should remain consent-aware and role-protected. Support can help with account, billing, and technical issues, but private practice data should not be casually exposed or mixed across users.
Open Support, choose the closest category, explain what happened, and send a message. For billing questions, refund requests, technical issues, account access, or feature feedback, support can reply through your AskPitch inbox.
AskPitch and Pitch are practice tools. They can help you rehearse and improve wording, but they do not guarantee outcomes and do not provide legal, financial, insurance, medical, or compliance advice.
