This policy explains what users may not do with AskPitch. It is intended to protect users, the product, and the integrity of the service.

Prohibited misuse

Users may not use AskPitch for spam, harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, deception, illegal activity, or attempts to manipulate or harm others.

  • Do not send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or abusive outreach.
  • Do not impersonate another person, company, customer, applicant, agent, or authority.
  • Do not use AskPitch to create threats, harassment, hate, or discriminatory content.

Security and access rules

Users may not attempt to bypass security, access accounts or routes without permission, scrape the service, overload the system, test vulnerabilities without authorization, or use bots to abuse signup or usage limits.

Content and rights

Users should not upload or enter content that violates privacy, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, employment duties, licensing rules, or applicable laws.

Misuse of coaching outputs

AskPitch outputs should not be used to deceive people, make unsupported claims, guarantee outcomes, or present regulated advice as if it has been approved by a qualified professional.

Enforcement

AskPitch may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when misuse is suspected or confirmed, especially when user safety, account security, legal risk, or service integrity is affected.
