Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellation and refund review are currently handled for AskPitch while the product is prepared for controlled pilot and beta usage.
Subscription cancellation
Users with an active paid subscription should manage or cancel their plan from the Billing page through the Stripe Customer Portal where available. Cancellation normally stops future renewals but does not always remove access immediately before the paid period ends.
Monthly and yearly renewals
Monthly subscriptions renew on the plan’s billing cycle. Yearly subscriptions renew on the yearly cycle. The exact billing date, plan state, and payment status should be confirmed through Billing or the payment provider portal.
Refund review
Refund requests are reviewed case by case until a final public refund policy is approved. Factors may include duplicate charges, accidental purchases, technical access issues, wrong plan selection, timing of the request, and the amount of premium feature usage.
No automatic refund promise
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider where applicable.

For cancellation questions, refund review, duplicate charges, or plan issues, contact support@askpitch.com. Do not send full card numbers or private payment details in support messages.
