Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms explain the basic rules for using AskPitch, a conversation rehearsal and coaching product for practicing important conversations before they happen.
Using AskPitch
AskPitch helps users rehearse sales calls, interviews, presentations, objections, pitches, and other high-stakes professional conversations with Pitch, the rehearsal coach inside the app.
Account rules
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your login. Do not share passwords, impersonate another person, or use another user’s account without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use AskPitch to spam, harass, deceive, bypass security, scrape the service, automate abusive activity, violate laws, or generate content intended to harm others.
Automated coaching output limits
Automated scripts, feedback, roleplay responses, and compliance wording are practice aids. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific regulated situation. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding what to say in the real world.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans unlock features based on the plan shown in Billing. Stripe or another payment provider may process payment details where applicable. Subscription access, renewal, cancellation, and plan changes are governed by the plan state shown in the app and the payment provider’s records.
Suspension or termination
AskPitch may suspend or restrict access if an account appears to be misused, violates these terms, threatens the security of the service, or creates risk for other users or the business.
Disclaimers
AskPitch is provided for educational rehearsal and communication practice. It does not guarantee sales, employment, funding, compliance approval, licensing outcomes, or any professional result.
